REGISTRATION DAY / BACK TO SCHOOL PICNIC - MONDAY, AUG.

New at Patwin • Registration Day and Back to School Picnic • We
are trying something new at Patwin this year. In an effort to
reduce paper and streamline the back-to-school paperwork, Patwin will
be having a Registration Day with early morning times 7:00 to 11:30
a.m. and an afternoon/evening 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. time for parents to
complete forms. Parents are highly encouraged to come in during these
time to fill out the School District, Patwin, and Patwin PTA’s
back-to-school paperwork. Tables and chairs will be available with the
paperwork ready to fill out. After the paperwork is complete and
submitted, you will receive your child’s teacher/classroom
assignment.
Morning Registration Times 7:00 a.m. - 11:30
a.m.
To make the morning hours a little easier, the PTA will provide coffee/tea/orange juice and breakfast snacks for your enjoyment. (A free raffle ticket will be provided for each completed packet)

Families are encouraged to bring a snacks/dinner picnic to school and enjoy the provided music while filling out their paperwork and finding out their childrens’ teacher/class assignments. Principal Michelle Azevedo and your PTA will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the upcoming school year. We will be raffling off the new Patwin T-shirts, new Patwin Tie-Dye T-Shirts. (each child registered with completed paperwork will get a free ticket, with more tickets available for sale)

needed:
We will need about 10-15 adult volunteers, with an additional 10 student volunteers, to work shifts at various • registration stations during registration day. (Attention Incoming Sixth Graders, this would be a great opportunity for you to earn some community service hours!)

Come help our principal welcome our teachers & staff back to school. Traditionally, Patwin’s principal provides a “Welcome Back Luncheon” for teachers and staff prior to school starting. Michelle Azevedo has asked the PTA to decorate the MPR. She has a theme and decorations will be provided, but we need help in setting up the MPR prior to August 24st. (registration day) So, In addition to the 5-10 people needed for the Registration Day/Luncheon set-up
