• Enroll in Safeway's e-scrip program to have a percentage of your Safeway purchases benefit Patwin.
  
  Join eScrip now and start making money for Patwin...just by shopping for groceries! We made close to $10,000 last year through eScrip. This is the easiest fundraiser we have available to us and it doesn't involve any soliciting. Here is how it works:

  By registering your Safeway Club Card number through eScrip, every time you shop at Safeway a percentage of your grocery total cost is donated to Patwin. ESI (eScrip) automatically tracks your purchase totals and calculates the profits. You only need to enter your Club number (or phone number) when you shop at Safeway. That's it! There is no additional cost to you. NOTE: You must RENEW YOUR SAFEWAY CARD ESCRIP EACH YEAR BEFORE NOVEMBER!

•  Nugget Market

  Pick up a Nugget Scrip card from the tray in the Patwin Office.  Go to: https://scrip.nuggetmarket.com/ and register your Nugget Scrip card number with Patwin Elementary School as the beneficiary so that contributions from your purchases will go to the Patwin PTA.  If the Scrip Card is not registered online, no contributions will accrue to the designated Beneficiary. Present your Nugget Scrip card to the cashier before your sale is final every time you shop at Nugget.  There is no need to pre-load the card with cash.  It works just like the Safeway Club card.  Nugget will donate to Patwin PTA monthly as follows:

  1% for qualifying purchases up to $299

  2% for $300 - $499

  3% for $500 - $599

  4% for $600 or more

   Scrip Cards are valid from September 1 through August 31 and must be reactivated at the beginning of each school year. To reactivate, log in to your Scrip account at the site listed above and follow the step-by-step instructions.  Effective September 1, 2011, if a Scrip card has not been reactivated, it will become inactive and no longer accrue donation monies until the necessary steps for reactivation have been taken.

• Jamba Juice
  Pick up a Jamba Juice School Appreciation Card from the tray in the Patwin Office.  Show the card at Jamba Juice every time you make a purchase and Jamba Juice will donate 10% of your total purchase to the Patwin PTA plus another 2% to National PTA!  Jamba Juice cards are already activated and need not be registered individually, so pick up a card for others you know who frequent Jamba Juice.
• SchoolCash.com lets Patwin earn 10% or more of purchase amounts when you buy by internet or phone from one of hundreds of merchants. Patwin even earns money when you just surf through SchoolCash.com sites.

• BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION

  Box Top clipping is in full swing! Those little “Box Tops for Education” can be found on a variety of
  products including Cheerios, Pop Secret popcorn, Ziploc bags and Betty Crocker products. (For a complete list of participating products, please visit www.boxtops4education.com

• How can I participate and earn money for Patwin?
  
  1) Buy products with the Box Tops on them: It’s a great way to keep your kids’ attention when in the grocery store! (“I Spy A Box Top”)
  2) Clip the Box Top when you see one, and store it in a safe place until you can bring them all to school. In the coming weeks you will find a collection box in your child’s classroom and in the Office.
  3) Ask friends, family and neighbors to clip them for you too!
  4) Sign up for the “Box Tops Booster Club” at www boxtops4education.com (explains several other ways to earn money).

• Target REDcard
  

  The Target Red Card (check card) mirrors your existing bank debit card.  When you use the Target Red Card for your Target purchases, you’ll receive 5% off of your total purchase.  In addition, when you designate Patwin Elementary as the recipient, Target will donate 1% of your total purchases to the Patwin PTA through their Take Charge of Education Program.  Sign up for a Target Red Card at one of the kiosks at the Customer Service counter at Target or enroll online at the web site above.
