During the week of September 23rd, every school site in the district will conduct evacuation and sheltering drills to prepare for both natural and man-made disasters and threats.  Because student safety is our highest priority, we are standardizing our emergency procedures district wide so that students are trained to respond to consistent emergency instructions from year to year and in every school. In addition, those procedures have been coordinated with and communicated to local fire and police departments, as well as the regional Office of Emergency Services.  

We greatly appreciate the support from our local public agency partners and the parent community for these vital activities.
