Wildhorse Ranch Development Proposal Updates
WILDHORSE RANCH DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL UPDATE
On July 29th Parlin Development hosted a meeting for the Wildhorse neighbors to update them on the most recent development proposal for the horse ranch property. This proposal included approx. 40 multi-family units (apartments), approx. 78 townhomes and approx. 73 single family dwellings for a total of approx. 191 units. There would be a greenspace buffer of some type between the new development and the current homes on Caravaggio Drive which may include an orchard of some type. Soon we will add a map of the new proposal.

In May, 2008, the City of Davis, in conjunction with some of your neighbors, prepared and distributed a survey to help determine what was important to people who live in Wildhorse and the surrounding neighborhoods regarding propsed development of the Wildhorse Ranch property.
